Buzzard X Surfer van [Replace] created by me.
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install:
ScriptHook, ScriptHook V .NET and OpenIV
INSTAL:
REPLACE files
Dont forget to save the original files before replace files,
1 For replace the buzzard yft:
buzzard.yft
buzzard_hi.yft
buzzard2.yft
buzzard2_hi.yft
Go to: Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday3ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
2 Ingame load a buzzard2
Done!

@MartinGTA5 I have try to make this in add-on but it's only work on replace.
Imagine it with a peace livery. Then it'll be a literal Peace-maker :D
